As an Admission Counselor, the work profile will be to generate admissions for our various training programs and learning programs by developing and executing a plan to meet short and long term sales and profitability targets. Candidate will Identify new business prospects, penetrate and develop new opportunities and continuously improve performance and conversions.
1. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, whatsapp, SMS, calls with students or professionals.
2. Generate Leads or Schedule and conduct Live Online / Walk-in Counselling sessions for the enrolment process.
3. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
4. Monitoring self-performance at all times, keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue per sale, etc.
5. Responsible for adherence of the inside sales process, tools and data management.
6. Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target
7. Intensely following up with the prospects and closing the sales within the sales cycle.

Required Experience and Qualifications:
