Job Description:

As an Artist Manager at Hire4event.com, you will play a pivotal role in managing our roster of artists, performers, and entertainers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with artists, negotiating contracts, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the seamless execution of performances at various events. Your ability to multitask, think creatively, and maintain strong industry connections will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Artist Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of artists, performers, and entertainers.

Talent Sourcing: Identify new talent and expand the company's artist roster by scouting and recruiting artists who align with the company's vision and client requirements.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with artists, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions, and securing necessary permissions and licenses.

Event Coordination: Collaborate with the event management team to coordinate the logistics of artist performances, including travel arrangements, accommodations, technical requirements, and rehearsals.

Performance Management: Ensure that artists are well-prepared for their performances by coordinating rehearsals, soundchecks, and other necessary preparations.

Budget Management: Work within allocated budgets to secure artists and negotiate fees that align with the company's financial goals.

Industry Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and maintain strong relationships with artists, agents, and other industry professionals.

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific artist requirements and recommend suitable performers for their events.

Artist Development: Provide guidance and support to artists, helping them enhance their performance skills, stage presence, and overall career growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in artist management, talent acquisition, or a similar role within the entertainment industry.

Strong industry connections and knowledge of current trends in the music, performing arts, and entertainment industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using event management software and tools.

A passion for the arts and entertainment industry.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
