Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead the operations of a leading technology training institution with over 5 regional campuses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT and have worked as a Profit Head for any of the NIIT, APTECH, IIHT, or similar training institutions in India or abroad. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to drive business growth through innovative marketing and sales strategies, and possess excellent management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

·       Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase profitability.

·       Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring all financial targets are met.

·       Provide leadership to the regional campus managers and ensure that they are meeting their targets.

·       Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrolment and revenue.

·       Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth.

·       Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns.

·       Manage the delivery of high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our clients.

·       Work closely with the HR team to attract and retain top talent.

·       Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of service.

·       Provide regular reports on business performance to senior management.

·       Should have a keen interest in creative arts and understanding of fashion and textile industry

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a similar role in the IT training industry.

·       Strong understanding of the IT training industry, trends, and market conditions.

·       Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

·       Strong sales and marketing skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.

·       Highly analytical, with the ability to use data to inform business decisions.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·       Willingness to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
