Expectations: As a Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into detailed architectural drawings and technical plans. If you have a passion for precision, exceptional drafting skills, and a keen eye for detail, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical plans.

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software. AutoCAD is a must. 

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.

• Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural and engineering designs.

• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes throughout the design process.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawing files, records, and revisions.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in architectural drafting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Draftsman in an architectural or design firm.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.

• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation.

• Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into precise technical drawings.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of 3D modeling software and rendering tools is an advantage.
