Age Limit- upto 45 years

CTC - 5.00 LPA (can be stretched to 7.00 LPA for the right or exceptionally good candidate).

Education - Should at least be a University Graduate

Experience - Should have at least 3 years of relevant experience into Franchise Sales very specifically for Training Centers/ Edutech/Education. Candidate with Sales experience of at least 5-6 years in Sales may also apply if keen to pursue the given role .

Skill Set / Personality Traits : Excellent English Communication Skills, can converse fluently and writes/drafts very well.

Great Presentation Skills - with Corporate/Business Etiquette, and knows how to carry and conduct themselves very well.

Role Summary : Franchise Sales Manager/Head - Ed tech vertical; will be responsible for: planning and managing the franchising business of the company, offering continuous support to franchisees, ensuring the overall success of the franchisor as well as that of the franchisee.

Duties & Responsibilities : - Developing franchisee partners and expand the business.

- Identifying and on boarding potential franchisee partners through various sources in line with our expansion plan.

- Present business plans to the potential client, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchisee agreement .

- Be responsible for the entire sales process (end-to-end): from initial solicitation through contract completion; which includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees and adherence to the sales processes.

- Responsible for Franchise management ,Target achievement , Resource planning

- Plan, set and action the monthly and yearly sales objectives, along with regular-basis tracking and presentation of growth/progress reports.

- Work closely with the Management on the strategic initiatives for achieving the organization goals.

-Finalize the Project for each Franchise and guide/explain ROI to them, helping out the franchise-owner to understand the new Business work module.
