Position Overview

Athena BPO Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the business process outsourcing industry, is hiring Inside Sales Executives for ICICI Bank's Credit Card Division. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the dynamic banking and financial services sector with one of India’s top private banks.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to promote ICICI Bank credit card products to potential customers

Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Handle post-call follow-ups to ensure lead conversion and customer satisfaction

Provide excellent customer service and address basic inquiries

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support (Freshers are welcome)

Age Limit: 19 to 35 years

Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
