Job Description

Responsibilities:

•       Generating leads for real estate sales through cold calling.
•       Manage outgoing and incoming calls with good communication skills.
•       Provide product and service information to customers.
•       Calling customers and fixing site visit and coordinating with sales consultant and customers.
•       Provide complete details regarding the project to customers via mail and handle all clients in very professional and courteous manner.

Desired profile of the candidate skills:

•             Excellent communication skills
•  Good sales expertise
•  Proactive and willing to learn about Real Estate market.
•  The prospective leads would be then passed on to relevant sales team members.
•  Maintain clear records / follow up sheets of everyday calls.
•  1 year prior experience in real estate market preferred.
