Job Title: Inside Sales Representative - International Client Calling

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who will

be responsible for generating new business opportunities by reaching out to

international clients via call and email. The Inside Sales Representative will be

responsible for cold calling, developing and executing a sales strategy that drives

revenue growth and ensures customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research potential international clients and identify key decision-makers.

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email and other communication

channels to introduce our products/services and generate interest.

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate client meetings and exceed

quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Regular follow up process with clients over call/email.

• Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach

campaigns and materials.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer

needs and pain points.

• Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of industry trends and

competition.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field

• Proven track record of success in selling to international clients

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively

across different cultures and time zones.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with CRM systems, linkedin sales navigator, international calling

platforms.

• Self-motivated, aggressive and results-driven.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
