The Primary Purpose Of The Role:

It’s a leadership role and your main responsibilities will be the delivery of the digital marketing strategy against long term KPIs for product/services verticals across multiple brands. You will serve as the primary point of agency contact for Advertising & Marketing Accounts ensuring a careful balance between the client’s needs, wants and priorities, and the agency’s bottom line. It is a crucial role in client retention as well as potentially bringing in new business through value-driven sales or the client referral process.

Core skills:

This will involve setting the acquisition strategy by heading up all of the Paid Media and SEO (all in-house), as well as taking a hands-on approach when leading the marketing team. Addition to this a strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to finesse delicate client relationships while driving the agency to deliver its best results.

  2. The marketplace and factors affecting sales
  3. Advertising techniques from research, creative, technology and media outreach solutions

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  1. Define the marketing strategy, aligned to the product roadmap and overall business objectives.
  2. Coordinate with PR, CRM and brand teams to deliver the overall marketing strategy.
  3. Ensure that the SEO and Paid Media objectives are set and executed against.
  4. Manage and Implement the marketing budget.
  5. Develop and roll out marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
  6. Ensure that the content delivery is aligned to the overall strategy.

Qualification:

  1. 3+ years of experience managing various brands in agency set up
  2. Proven B2B experience such as MSME, manufacturing, education, fintech, real estate, healthcare, food etc.
  3. Thorough understanding of PPC and SEO, and experience of dealing with these in house.
  4. Strong communications skills and an excellent commercial understanding
  5. A highly data driven and analytical mindset within their decision making.
  6. A passion for start-ups and self-driven to understand the underlying industry and trends.
  7. The passion and ability to grow others professionally.
