We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job postings, screen candidates, and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and candidate profiles
• Utilize a variety of recruiting techniques to source candidates, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to job offer negotiation and onboarding
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate data
• Participate in other HR-related activities as needed
