Regional Sales Leader - Low Voltage Electronic Security Solutions
We are looking for a Senior level, motivated, sales-oriented person who has extensive business development and project sales experience in security, fire, safety, networking solutions and building automation business in Hospitality/Govt. Projects/Commercial sector including health care, Retail & other corporate clients. Ideal candidates should have experience in developing and cultivating new business opportunities, sales strategies, managing client relationships and preparing technical proposals for the government customers.
About the Job:
Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of solutions and services to meet customer business goals and achieve company sales objectives, including sales volume and market share.
Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business, hospitality/Govt. Projects/commercial sector including health care, Retail & other corporate clients.
Target and contact key decision makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of offerings.
Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity; provide progress and execution updates.
Present and close sales opportunities with corporate customers.
Maintain thorough knowledge of security, Fire, automation (IBMS) & Networking industry trends to ensure full discovery and understanding of customers primary business goals, operations, challenges, and requirements.
Interact with End Users, architects, consultants to understand their requirements & design Fire, Safety, Security, Automation solutions as per requirements.
Map all the major corporate clients in the region and prepare a plan with the team to develop business with those accounts.
Lead the team to achieve individual & organization sales targets.
Focus on Monthly sales targets and derive the strategy to achieve the same.
You should be: Graduate (BSc/Dip./BE/BTech/ in Electronics/ E & C/ Computers field preferably MBA in marketing.
Candidates who have experience in the commercial sector are required.
Candidates with a security system industry background of at least 12-20 years will be required.
Those candidates who have relationships with major corporations will have Strong advantage.
Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English/Hindi
Should have working experience of 12-20 years in security systems, IT and AV business, 10+ years in sales with the corporate/commercial sector.
Should be strong in Techno-commercial
Candidates should have working experience in the Indian Market of 7-10 years at least.
Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position as provider of choice.
Proven track record of securing sales of complex offerings from top-level management.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation.
Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
Proven ability to identify customer needs and articulate energy solutions.
Travel required in North India.
IT Hardware/ Networking knowledge will be an added advantage
Should be team leader & team builder. Prior experience of team leading is a must.
