The candidate will be responsible to coach, mentor and conduct Voice & Accent and Soft Skills trainings & providing refresher trainings and on-the-floor support as per client needs

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver voice and accent and soft skills training to different batches at client site

* Provide floor support to trainees for their English speaking and soft skills

* Ensure trainees meet post training benchmarks set by the client
* Provide coaching and feedback to trainees to help them come up the learning curve 
* Conduct refresher or stratified training for batches that are bottom quartile
* Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities & ensure 100% compliance on reports

Desired Candidate Profile

* Minimum 3 year of experience of delivering voice and accent training programs or working as a communications coach

* Willing to work in a night shift

* Should have excellent communications skills and English language skills
* Must possess good facilitation skills 
* Proficiency with MS Office Excel, PowerPoint & Word 
* Good people management skills
